I’m going to take you through an easy yoga sequence you can do before bed to help you stretch out your entire body. This yoga class is great for all levels and there are no props required, you could even do this in bed! We’ll do a few forward folds and lots of reclined poses that are easy and effective for sleep. Doing just 10 minutes of yoga every day can be an amazing way to relieve anxiety, soothe aches and pains and cultivate mindfulness. I hope you’ll join me tomorrow for another practice!
