This gentle and peaceful 10 minute yoga practice that you can do in the evening or right before bed. It’s a full body flexibility stretch to relax your muscles and get you ready for a great night’s sleep. Of course, it can be done at any time of the day, but I personally think it makes for a perfect bedtime practice. If you wanted to you could even do this class directly in bed. Rather than coming out of savannas at the end, I will leave you in this pose so that those of you doing this class in bed can tuck yourself under the covers and drift off to sleep.
