15 Minute Gentle Yoga For Flexibility And Stress Reduction

Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. I’m going to take you through this 15 minute hatha yoga class for flexibility and stress relief. This is a gentle soothing yoga class to help you relax and stretch your body, great for all experience levels. No props are required. We’ll finish our class together with a few rounds of Box Breath – Sama Vritti Pranayama. This can be a therapeutic yoga class to do when you’re experiencing anxiety and want to ground yourself. We’ll start with a bit of mindful breathing before going into our yoga poses. Enjoy!
