Yes, you heard that right, unlike other forms of exercises, these yoga asanas can be easily performed even with a full tummy. So, without further ado, here are 5 yoga postures with soothing moves to diminish levels of stress, calm the mind, relieve tension from the bodily tissues, and mitigate digestive woes; all of which work in synch to serve as an efficacious and natural snooze remedy. Reclined Bound Angle (Sputa Buddha Kon asana) While lying on your back, bend your knees and bring the soles of your feet together. You can put a pillow under each knee for support. Focus on breathing from your belly up when you inhale and from your chest down to your belly when you exhale Uttanasana (Forward Fold) Stand with your feet hip-width apart, raise your arms above your head, and then fold forward at the hips. Keep your knees slightly bent and your upper body relaxed on your thighs Child’s Pose (Balasana)Kneel on the mat, sit back on your heels, and reach your arms forward on the ground. Rest your forehead on the mat and breathe deeply. Mistaya kridasana Lie on your belly, bend one knee toward your chest, and support your head with your palms. Stay in this position for at least a minute, then repeat on the other side
