Create a bedtime routine, take a warm bath or a shower, read a book, take a walk around the block, consider room darkening shades. This will help your body and mind mentally prepare for a good night’s sleep. Place the crib or bassinet near your bed the baby should feed or comfort. This can be helpful in six months when your baby is sleeping in short little bursts throughout the night
