It is all about how much sleep you need varies  according to your age. Sleep is a basic psychological  need. Even partial sleep deprivation can have significant  negative effects on cognitive performance , mood, and daily functioning. Even high levels of stress can lead to poor- quality, fragmented sleep. Six hours of sleep is not enough , Oversleeping can be negative etc.
