It is all about what are the best and worst sleeping positions. Sleeping while lying on your stomach is the worst sleeping position. Your low energy levels and unexpected aches and pains could be due to wrong sleeping positions at night .Posture is not important in your waking up but while you are asleep. A good sleeping posture can aid in better quality sleep as it helps relax your muscles so that you feel refreshed in the morning without aids and pains.
