Yoga For Better Sleep

It is all about yoga for better sleep. We will start with a seated position but in a butterfly position without using a pillow. Take a deep breathe inhale and exhale slowly do it at least for 3 times, In seated position, keep your arms on legs, slowly rotate your head for both left and right side by taking a deep breaths, inhale and exhale, In lying position do a spine twist pose for both the legs. In a sitting position, place a pillow between your legs and put your head on the pillow. Repeat the same thing for the other side etc.
