Autism And Sleep

People with autism and other neurodiverse individuals face unique issues when it comes to sleep– from experiencing less REM sleep to dysregulation of melatonin rhythms to sensory sensitivities. Women sleeping and smiling with their eyes closed seem to be happy we face lots of issues while sleeping. There is are risk of an increase in diseases such as diabetes, cholesterol, heart disease, sleep disease, chronic pain, neurological diseases, not sleeping properly on time, these all things can affect mental health as well as physical health, hormone changes, menopause, etc. so we should be very careful about it and make sure these things do not harm or affect our body
