Is it all about having trouble sleeping at night in winter? Finding daylight could help. Most of the people slept later at night in winter and woke up early in the morning. It had something to do with exposure to daylight. Light during the day, especially in the morning, advances your clock so you get tired earlier  in the evening. Exposure to the light during the day can affect your sleep time.
