Sleep follows ciracidum rhythm which respond to light blues when body senses light reduces during night it start producing more of sleep inducing melation hormones thus helping it to fall asleep A good sleep when you fall asleep within 30 minutes of going to bed and wake up for no more than 5 minutes in the night it is better to fall asleep earlier doing stretching before bed avoid junk foods spicy foods desert alcohol and caffeine coffee sugary snacks like candy chocolates ice-cream not using electronic devices before going to sleep blue light of is not good for eye and health it affects our health and body.
