Especially when I sleep on the side. use a comfortable and a good mattress, place a pillow or a blanket between your knees, joints and spine. try to do stretching exercises before going to bed. Sleeping on your back is good because it reduces lots of pain in the whole body. reduces tension and stress. Don’t forget to wear an eye mask and socks while sleeping. Wear these sleepwear comfortably.
