It is all about waking up and sleeping. It’s not the right remedy. If you are not able to sleep in the middle of night staring at the ceiling and thinking about your work debts or children. It might be tempting to pop in a sleeping pill for temporary relief. Infact experts point out that having too much caffeine watching tv is not good at all. Lack of sleep cannot be cured with the help of sleeping pills which may seem to be cured but at same time eventually leads to side effects.
