Work and worries had taken a centre stage and we were all simply complaining about our lives. We looked older and a bit exhausted too. There was one more thing in common. We all had bad sleeping habits. We were unknowingly pushing away the idea of sleep every night for the so-called ‘productivity’. We hadn’t realized it! Until we all started telling each other. And that’s when we had our eureka moment.
We wanted to tell people about the power of sleep and how the lack of it was like operating on a low battery. By a sheer stroke of luck or may be the universe was conspiring, we met a charming sleep doctor who enthusiastically decided to join us in our campaign. From him, we learned that Sleep deprivation is almost like a fast-spreading epidemic, leading us to a vicious circle of health issues. But it can all be corrected. It just needs to be addressed.
And so Solutions4Sleep was conceived!
