This video is about a lady doing exercises and stretching exercises before sleeping we need to just take a pillow and take one leg towards the chest and do breathing holding that position for 10-15 mins you can do these exercises on yoga mat also on floor next exercise is bridge pose lay on your back take your hips up by folding or bending both the legs if you want you can keep pillow between your legs relax your muscles be tension free and stress free you can do take one leg out and bend toward the leg gently hold that position by breathing and switch the sides
