You only need a fast routine to help your muscles relaxed and recover. This is also great to avoid your body to get tense and increase flexibility. Perfect for right before going to bed. I like to do these bedtime stretching exercises because they help me relax and practice my flexibility at the same time in only 7 minutes! If you have more time at home, feel free to keep going or hold the stretches for longer so that your full body gets into a deeper stretch!
