Close your eyes and focus on your deep breathing allowing your body to completely relax, Cat-and cow stretch start on your hands and knees, inhale as you arch your back and look up then exhale as you round your spine and tuck your chin to your chest, Seated Forward Bend sit on the floor with your legs extend in front of you then hinge forward as the hips and reach for your feet or your shins.
