It is all about are your electronics preventing you from getting a good night’s sleep? Cell phones and electronic devices play a large role in our daily routine. The blue light which is emitted by screens, laptops , tv computers etc creates and produces melatonin hormone. It is true that all of them use it before going to bed. Yes, of course it is affecting and harming our sleep. even for the people who are working in front of screens is the biggest challenge for them. It impairs their sleep. we should limit the screen time as much as possible because it affects our eyes health and body also. We should dim the light at night. And avoid using electronic devices from now onwards.
