Every baby experiences sleep development around 4 months, but not every baby experiences it as a true “regression.” If your little one suddenly starts fighting sleep, it’s a sign their brain is growing and changing, not that you’re doing anything wrong. With patience and consistent routines, your baby’s sleep will smooth out again, and you’ll both make it through this phase stronger (and hopefully, better rested!).
