Hours adults sleep per night is decreasing, meaning their minds and bodies are not receiving the rest they need to improve your sleep quality. How can changing your schedule impact your quality of sleep it can obviously impact your quality of sleep in a quite few ways often times with daylight savings time we can see people are more groggy and sluggish waking up early in morning and getting tired during the day and we also see increase in the numbers of heart attacks and cardovisolular events that come right after switching to daylight saving times why sleep is important it is because we need to improve our physical and mental health. Eight hours of sleep is recommended but should avoid using smartphones before bedtime, avoid eating or having caffeine or acholol by doing such things it will not affect our health and sleep sleep hygiene is also important by going to bed switching off phone little bit earlier without any distractions or disturbances sleeping frequently at night on times is important and needed we should gives signals to our body and do such things and struggling with sleep we get disturb in night by some kind of noises and light but we see people waking up still late night or watching movies still late night which is not at all good for our health and body
