It is difficult to concentrate when we are sleep deprived this affects our ability to focus on information presented to us Getting enough sleep is essential for a child’s general development especially in the early school years. Early start hours of school frequently interference with their regular sleep cycles which harms their well-being and academic performance waking up early for school is very hard for me it is a constant battle against sleep and it is affecting my ability to concerate and enjoy my day at school. we want our children to thrive and success in seeing them struggle with the simple task of waking up in the morning highlights the difficulties they are facing
