To be awakened, you must first fall asleep, and the sleep machine’s sleep mode helps enormously with that process as well, which provides sleep sounds to relax with, and the light slowly dims through the night. As well as has a timer which turns to function off after a set time. – Not a morning person? A sunrise alarm clock could be the answer. Stimulates your body to wake up naturally by the customizable light and sound, it is far more gentle than an abrupt alarm, you literally feel like if the sunrise was in front of you. Gradual brightening begins before alarm goes off, you wake up very peacefully rounded by the birds chirping and the changing color light. The morning alarm is so gentle and peaceful, wake up much more naturally rather than to the blaring honk chiming of a traditional alarm. it not only can be used as a nightlight but it also is a nice way to light up the room without turning on the overhead light during the occasional night time trips to the bathroom. It also is nice when either yourself or your wife/ husband goes to bed early and we don’t want to wake up the other we turn on the light on a lower setting to navigate the room, feed your baby or to read a book as a bedside lamp/ reading Lamp.
