Zerema detects snoring by inflating the air cushions inside the pillow. Snoring is the noisy result of a person’s airway being obstructed. So when snoring is detected, the air cushions work to lift the neck and reopen that airway. ZEREMA’s app integrates deep learning, which takes data learned from over 10,000 sounds, including snoring, to more accurately detect unique new snoring sounds. It also teaches itself to distinguish snoring from other sounds, ensuring the air cushion adjustment is only activated when a distinct snore is heard. It monitors your sleep while you’re asleep. When you wake up, the app shows your sleep index, sleep duration, and snore duration, and provides a customized sleep report on a daily, weekly, monthly, and even yearly basis. The sleep report keeps you updated on your most recent sleep data.
