This 10 minute morning yoga class will stretch and strengthen you from head to toe. It’s a beginner to intermediate yoga sequence so wonderful for those of you who want a bit of a challenge without doing anything too difficult or strenuous. We’ll begin in child’s pose before moving into our cat/cow and tiger pose sequence. We will then go into a few standing poses and hip openers like warrior 2, triangle pose and low lunge quad stretch. No props are required!
