Students are making changes to their sleep, engaging more with mindfulness practices, and self-monitoring to a varied level of health. Students in mental health programs have also demonstrated that these changes result in better concentration and less varied levels of mental health issues in social education, enabling better outcomes at school. Workplace, health, and wellness apps are central motivators towards students’ physical health and mental well-being.
