It depends on their sleep according to their age newborns around 0-3 months should sleep 14-17 hours daily. Infants around 4-6 months should sleep 12 to 16 hours Toddlers 1-2 years should sleep 11-14 hours Children around 3-5 years and 6-12 years should sleep 10-13 9-12 hours daily adults and aged people should sleep 6-64 and 75 hours 7-9 7-8 hours respectively. Teens should Sleep 10-12 hours daily.
