It is all about I tired progressive muscle relaxation a simple exercise to help you flex your  way to sleep. Start with a comfortable position in lying down or sitting in a supportive chair. Relax your face, feel the tension melt away and your face feel relaxed. Start with your feet, focus your attention on feet, tense your muscles by relaxing and curling up your toes to allow your muscles to relax. Relax your shoulders and neck, feel comfortable while doing it so focus on it fully, pay attention, focus on  your shoulders and neck, feel the tension that has built and  feel the relaxation go through your neck and shoulders. Deep breathing exercises inhale and exhale by closing your eyes first, relaxing your body, holding the breath for 10 counts, and repeating it again and again.
