It is all about sleeping on your stomach, beware as it is dangerous. While sleeping on your stomach relaxes you it is impossible to keep your spine straight or in neutral position. Therefore due to lack of support tension gets created causing damage to your neck area. Sleeping on your stomach strains the back and spine
because most of the weight is in the middle of your body and maintaining it becomes a big problem. Stress on your spine increases stress on the other structures causing pain everywhere.
